20-minute introductory phone or video consultation — Complimentary

This provides an opportunity for us to briefly discuss what has brought you to therapy, consider whether I may be the right therapist for your needs, and answer any questions you may have about how I work.

Ongoing Therapy

Online therapy (50 minutes) — £120

In person therapy (50 minutes) — £140

​

Sessions are usually held weekly and last 50 minutes.

Extended Initial Consultation

For clients with a more complex history involving bipolar disorder, ADHD, addiction, previous diagnoses, medication treatment, or overlapping difficulties, I offer an extended consultation.

90-minute extended initial consultation — £210

​

This session allows additional time to explore your history in greater depth, clarify your current concerns, and consider the most appropriate therapeutic approach moving forward.

Concessionary Appointments

I offer a limited number of concessionary appointments for clients on lower incomes, subject to availability. Please enquire if this is relevant to your circumstances.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment is made by bank transfer prior to each session unless otherwise agreed. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are charged at the full session fee, except in exceptional circumstances.
