About the event

Digital technology has transformed the way we live, work and connect. For many people, however, screen use can become difficult to manage, affecting happiness levels, relationships, work, study, physical and mental health.

Whether you are concerned about your own technology use, supporting someone else, or simply interested in developing healthier digital habits, this one-day workshop offers a supportive, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore digital dependence and learn practical strategies for creating a more balanced relationship with technology.

Drawing on multiple years of study into digital dependence and behavioural addiction, together with their clinical experience as psychotherapists, Sean Hunt and Katy Driscoll will share evidence-informed insights, practical tools and opportunities for discussion and reflection.
